ERG seeks an experienced OSH manager to provide full-time, on-site support at its Indian Head, MD office. You will lead compliance activities, health program management, and safety training across military defense facilities and related operations.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years in OSH, DoD/EM385 experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. A DoD secret clearance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Direct experience interpreting local, state, and federal OSH standards and DoD requirements (EM385 1-1).
• 8+ years of progressive OSH experience in industrial safety, construction safety or related field.
• Experience conducting JHAs, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Review and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal OSH standards on a broad range of projects.
• Manage employee health requirements including examinations, respirator testing, and drug testing.
• Prepare and review standard operating procedures; document inspections and hazard abatements.
• Track actions using databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
• Interact with program managers, clients, and stakeholders; deliver OSH training.
• Lead mishap investigations and document findings.
