Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to guide two thriving practices in Hendersonville and Clarksville, TN. You will work under the Chief Orthodontic Officer, balancing clinical leadership with organizational growth, culture development, and mentorship.

You’ll lead with others, maintain high clinical standards, and shape patient experiences across communities. This role rewards collaboration, ownership, and long-term impact within SOP’s growing network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of orthodontic practice experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and consistently high standards of care.
• Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication with patients, parents, team members, and peers.
• Willingness to lead, develop others, and contribute beyond personal production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence two thriving practices (Hendersonville and Clarksville).
• Collaborate with chief orthodontic officer and leadership to shape clinical and growth strategies.
• Establish clinical quality standards, efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Develop and mentor teams, foster accountability, trust, and patient-centered care.
• Partner with operations to strengthen referral relationships and community engagement.
