Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to guide two busy Tennessee practices in Hendersonville and Clarksville. You will shape clinical standards, mentor teams, and partner with our Chief Orthodontic Officer to drive growth and patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• Postgraduate orthodontic certificate in orthodontics.
• Active Tennessee dental license or eligible to obtain one.
• Minimum of two years of orthodontic practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care and ensure high-quality outcomes for patients.
• Mentor and develop practice teams across Hendersonville and Clarksville.
• Collaborate with the Chief Orthodontic Officer on strategy, growth and culture.
• Uphold clinical standards and optimize patient experience across both locations.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with daily operational oversight.
