Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking an Organics Operations Manager to lead environmental organic chemistry testing operations and ensure quality, compliance, and timely data delivery. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive continual improvements in lab performance.

The role requires experience with EPA methodologies, instrumentation, and regulatory requirements, along with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or closely related field, plus 5 years lead/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing environmental organics testing operations and high-volume laboratory production workflows preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EPA methods and accreditation requirements.
• Ability to budget, plan, and lead lab operations and policies.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and defensibility of analytical data.
