WorkGenius Group is seeking a Senior Social Strategist in the United States to lead organic social initiatives across major platforms. You will design video-first, creator-driven content to drive audience growth and strengthen brand awareness.

You will build communities, identify trends, and manage creator/influencer programs from sourcing through performance measurement, collaborating with marketing, brand, and agency teams to optimize campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years in organic social strategy and content creation.
• Proven success growing social audiences and engagement for consumer brands.
• Deep knowledge of major platforms, creator programs, and video-led content.
• Proficiency with social publishing, listening, analytics, and AI tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with platform calendars.
• Develop video-first, interactive, creator-driven content to grow the audience and brand awareness.
• Build authentic online communities and manage creator/influencer programs from sourcing to measurement.
• Evaluate publishing, listening, analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve workflows and reporting.
• Analyze social performance and partner with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns.
