Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Security Manager to lead day-to-day security operations for an enterprise Oracle environment, with emphasis on Oracle Fusion Cloud security and achieving Authority To Operate (ATO).

You will collaborate with functional, development, and architecture teams to design, implement, and maintain a robust security posture across the application lifecycle, including RBAC management and risk-based controls.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Oracle Fusion Applications Security (e.g., role design, data security policies, access architecture).
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional security initiatives within complex technical environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, secure architecture principles, and cloud governance.
• Experience analysing technical architecture documentation and identifying security vulnerabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical security designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of Oracle Fusion Applications Security, including RBAC design and maintenance.
• Apply Risk Management Frameworks (e.g., NIST 800‑53, OMB A‑123) to ensure compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor audit controls related to system access.
• Stay current on system changes, releases, and test plans for security improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices, architecture decisions, and secure design patterns.
• Mentor junior team members in Oracle Application Security, Risk Management Cloud, and ATO activities.
