Galactic Minds INC is seeking a Lead Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to own the CPQ and Core Financials delivery track in a hybrid San Jose setting. You will design solutions across Oracle Fusion CPQ, Subscription Management, and Core Financials while guiding a dual‑shore team to ensure SLA compliance and smooth release cycles.

This role emphasizes hands-on technical delivery (50%) and onshore/offshore leadership (50%), with onsite commitments two days a week.

Formación

• 8+ years Oracle ERP experience with 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (CPQ, Subscription Management, Financials).
• Deep knowledge of Quote-to-Order workflows, discount approvals, and billing integrations.
• Functional and technical depth across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA.
• Hands-on skills in OIC, BIP, OTBI, SQL/PL-SQL, REST/SOAP web services.
• Proven experience leading onshore/offshore teams of 5-10 in Agile/ITIL managed services.
• Familiar with Jira, ServiceNow, CAB change management, and period-close governance.
• Willing to work onsite at the client location in San Jose 2 days/week.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on delivery (50%): configure CPQ pricing rules, catalogs, quoting, and order conversion to Oracle ERP.
• Lead solutioning for GL, AP, AR, FA with SLA rules and accounting date logic.
• Build and debug OIC integrations, FBDI imports, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIP/OTBI reports.
• Resolve L3 production incidents including integration failures and month-end close variances.
• Lead onshore/offshore L2/L3 engineers across sprints, backlog, and support tickets.
• Enforce quality through design/code reviews and environment refresh validations.
• Serve as primary technical contact for client leads; run weekly syncs and CAB reviews.
• Track SLAs, manage resourcing, and coordinate 24/5 coverage handoffs.

Role Split: 50% hands-on techno-functional delivery | 50% onshore/offshore team leadership

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to own our CPQ (Quote-to-Order) and Core Financials delivery track.

You will design solutions across Oracle Fusion CPQ, Subscription Management, and Core Financials while leading a dual-shore team to deliver stable operations, SLA compliance, and smooth release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Delivery (50%)

• Configure and troubleshoot CPQ pricing rules, product catalogs, quoting, and order conversion into Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead solutioning for GL, AP, AR, and FA, including Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and accounting date logic.
• Build and debug OIC integrations, FBDI imports, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIP/OTBI reports.
• Resolve L3 production incidents, including integration failures, billing sync issues, and month-end close variances.
• Lead daily operations for onshore and offshore L2/L3 engineers across sprints, backlog, and support tickets.
• Enforce quality through design reviews, code reviews, and environment refresh validations.
• Serve as primary technical contact for client business leads, IT managers, and architects; run weekly syncs and CAB reviews.
• Track SLAs (response, resolution, ECRs), manage resourcing, and streamline handoffs for 24/5 coverage.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (CPQ, Subscription Management, Financials).
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Order workflows, discount approvals, billing syncs, and CRM/billing integrations.
• Functional and technical depth in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and SLA.
• Hands-on skills in OIC, BIP, OTBI, SQL/PL-SQL, FBDI, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Proven experience leading onshore/offshore teams of 5-10 consultants in Agile/ITIL managed services.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, CAB change management, and period-close governance.
• Willingness to work onsite at the client location in San Jose 2 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Integration experience with Salesforce, Apttus/Conga, or Zuora.
• Exposure to observability tools such as Datadog.
• Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle CPQ Cloud certification.
