Job summary

Arkhya Tech Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Lead Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Oracle CPQ, Fusion Cloud Financials, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise.

You will blend hands-on delivery with team leadership, production support, and client stakeholder management to drive Quote-to-Order workflows and financial integrations. The role requires 8+ years in Oracle ERP (4+ in Fusion Cloud), experience leading onshore/offshore teams, and willingness to work hybrid

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Oracle ERP, with at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ and Quote-to-Order processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA).
• Technical experience with OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI, and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Experience with production support, incident management, integrations, and reconciliation.
• Leading onshore/offshore teams of 5-10 consultants.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL, Jira, ServiceNow; CAB reviews; release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; willing to work onsite in San Jose, CA two days/week.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle CPQ pricing rules, catalogs, quoting workflows, and order conversion into Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead functional solutioning across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA).
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and related tech.
• Develop and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and SQL/PL-SQL queries.
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 production issues involving integrations, billing sync, and month-end close.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams, manage tickets and sprint backlogs, ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, release validations, and change management.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, business teams, and architects for smooth delivery and stability.
