Job summary

Oak Tree Software in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced Oracle/ETL engineer for a 30-month onsite engagement. You will work with Oracle data warehouses, data marts and OLTP systems, guiding the ETL team and shaping Informatica/Rhapsody architectures to ensure data integrity.

Required 84 months in SQL/PL/SQL with Oracle 12c+, experience with Informatica Power Center and Rhapsody, and a PMP certification. Eligible candidates must be USC/GC. Pay is $65/hour on W2, onsite from day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SQL/PL/SQL with Oracle 12c+
• 7+ years developing Informatica mappings
• 7+ years building Rhapsody routes
• 7+ years in data warehousing/ETL environments
• 7+ years with Informatica Data Quality 8.x+
• 7+ years performing system testing (unit/integration/load)
• 5+ years in government IT projects
• Project Management Professional Certification

Responsibilities

• Working with Oracle data warehouses, data marts and OLTP databases.
• Overseeing the creation/modification of Oracle database tables for the situation.
• Writing/executing SQL for querying Oracle databases and Informatica Metadata Repository for validating testing and investigating issues.
• Guiding the ETL team in development and monitoring ETL processes and test plans using Informatica Power Center and Rhapsody.
• Guiding the ETL team in shaping and recommending best practices to Informatica/Rhapsody architecture.
• Investigating and resolving data loading and data integrity issues.
• Performance tuning Informatica/Rhapsody workflows.
• Using Informatica/Rhapsody to develop ETL mappings and workflows including mapplets, reusable transformations and worklets.
