Job summary

GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a senior IT professional for a 30-month HBITS contract with the State of New York. The role requires extensive SQL/PL/Oracle, Informatica mappings, and Rhapsody routes across HIPAA/Hl7 health data environments.

The candidate will contribute to data warehouse projects, design complex mappings, and lead testing and UAT efforts, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 84 months of SQL/PL/Oracle 12c+ experience, including 19c, with Informatica mappings.
• 84 months experience developing Rhapsody routes (Rhapsody 7), handling millions of records in XML/HL7.
• 84 months with Informatica 8.x+ in a data warehouse environment and complex mappings.
• 84 months with Informatica Data Quality 8.x+ (10.2), data profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching.
• 84 months experience specifying and conducting system testing and UAT.
• 84 months Health Data experience with HIPAA/HL7.
• 60 months experience developing project timelines, gathering business requirements.
• 48 months experience programming public sector government IT projects.
• Project Management Professional Certification.

Job description

This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 Months Experience writing SQL, PL/SQL (stored procedures/functions), with Oracle 12c or higher, including 19c, to Informatica mappings
• 84 months Experience developing Rhapsody routes, including Rhapsody 7, acquiring and managing millions of records of data including XML and HL7 message formats
• 84 Months Experience using Informatica 8.x or higher, including 10.2, in a data warehouse environment including warehousing concepts, design and development of complex mappings
• 84 Months Experience with Informatica Data Quality 8.x or higher, including 10.2, processes, approaches, measurement techniques and business cases for data profiling, data cleansing, standardization, match and merge
• 84 Months Experience specifying and conducting system testing (e.g. unit, integration, regression, load, performance) and user acceptance testing
• 84 Months Experience working with Health Data with HIPAA, HL7 or similar standards
• 60 months experience developing project timelines, gathering and documenting business requirements
• 48 Months experience in programming public sector government IT projects.
