Job summary

800flowerscareers is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Engineer specializing in Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) to head architecture, configuration, and integration across multiple fulfillment centers and brands.

The role requires deep hands-on LogFire experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive end-to-end implementation with operations, IT, and external partners. On-site work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) experience.
• 10+ years in supply chain, warehouse systems, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading multi-site Cloud WMS implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) solutions across core processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and map operations to WMS configurations and integrations.
• Build and refine LogFire configuration elements, such as strategy engines and rules.
• Design and manage ingestion and outbound integration flows between Cloud WMS and ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE/eCommerce systems.
• Provide hands-on WMS deployment support, including testing and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize throughput and inventory accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as SME for Oracle Cloud WMS.
