Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a Technical Lead Architect for Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) in Austin, TX. You will lead architecture, configuration, and integrations across multiple fulfillment centers, collaborating with IT, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable warehouse solutions.

You will design, implement, and optimize WMS configurations, interfaces, and automation, while mentoring engineers and delivering training and SOPs for operations and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands‑on Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) experience.
• 10+ years in supply chain, warehouse systems, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading multi‑site Cloud WMS implementations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) solutions across all WMS processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and translate them into scalable configurations and integrations.
• Develop and refine LogFire configurations, rule engines, and templates.
• Design and manage ingestion and outbound flows between Cloud WMS and ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE/eCommerce systems.
• Create technical specs, interface designs, data mapping docs, and configuration standards.
• Provide hands-on support for WMS deployments, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance and throughput.
• Partner with MHE/WCS vendors on automation and device integrations.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as SME for Oracle Cloud WMS.
