Personalization Mall in Austin, TX seeks a Technical Lead Architect for Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) to own architecture, configuration, integration, and ongoing support across our warehouse network.

You will drive end‑to‑end implementations, coordinate with operations, IT, and partners, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, high‑performing warehouse solutions for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands‑on Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) experience.
• 10+ years in supply chain, warehouse systems, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading multi‑site Cloud WMS implementations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) solutions across receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment, packing, shipping, cycle count, and labor workflows.
• Collaborate with business teams to map processes and translate needs into scalable WMS configurations and integrations.
• Develop technical specifications, interface designs, data mapping documents, solution blueprints, and configuration standards.
• Provide hands‑on support for WMS deployments, including configuration, testing, cutover activities, and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review WMS logs, and resolve integration or configuration failures.
