Job Description:

In this hands-on role, you will be the go-to resource to assist our clients with implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain ERP applications. You will address functionality questions and pain points in the SCM areas of Order Management, Inventory, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, and Cost Management. You will recommend best practices in leveraging system technology to meet business needs, lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business expectations, and interface with senior management to define a technology roadmap that supports key business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Document system overlay onto business process flows, highlighting issues and gaps.
2. Become a trusted partner with Supply Chain business users.
3. Identify functionality to optimize Supply Chain processes.
4. Generate and identify reports for senior management.
5. Implement roadmap functionality.

Competencies:

1. Scope, plan, and manage functional and technical implementations.
2. Recommend best practices with technical solutions.

4. Draft and publish SOPs and work instructions.
5. Manage third-party consultants and contractors.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP; 1-2+ years with Oracle Cloud ERP.
2. B.S. or M.S. degree required.
3. Supply Chain (SCM), ASCP, and/or Cost Accounting experience in an IT role.
4. Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Cost Accounting & SLA.
5. Experience with new implementations or upgrades to Oracle Cloud SCM.
6. Demonstrated experience as a cross-functional team/project leader.
7. Experience working in fast-paced, international environments.
8. Experience in pharma, Life Sciences, or Bio-pharma industry.
