• 10+ years minimum experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud, with recent focus on Oracle Fusion (Cloud) applications
• Experience as a lead in at least 2 full ERP Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of Cloud implementation methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Fusion Cloud Customization using Page and Application Composer
• Experience with Sandbox Customization and Data Migration using FBDI
• Knowledge of Oracle OIC, VBCS, IDCS, fusion extensions, and BI/OTBI Reports
• Customer-facing experience in ERP Cloud Fit-gap analysis, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills for collaboration with clients and teams
• Understanding of Oracle Database Cloud services

• Strong documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem-solving, and solution design skills
