Job summary

HarmonyTech is seeking a talented Lead Software Developer in Northern VA. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, 5+ years as a hands-on lead developer, and expertise in Oracle APEX and Oracle 12c PL/SQL. Public trust clearance and US citizenship are required.

You will lead, design, and implement an enterprise Receivership Management suite of applications with a high-performing agile team, aligning with CIOO standards and enterprise architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a hands-on lead developer.
Excellent understanding of Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Security and Systems Modernization.
Experience with Agile SDLC and tools.

Responsibilities

Advise on detailed specifications for translations into structured application programs.
Accountable for completion of work on time to meet performance expectations.
Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation and client user guides.
Collaborate within a high-performing agile team to design and implement business solutions.
