Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. (Sam's Club Vision Center) in Rockford, IL is seeking a licensed optometrist to join our team.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Licensed optometrist in good standing in state of practice.

Responsibilities
