Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Proven track record of delivering results through people.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of operations, processes and business implications.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Good problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Conveys commitment to unsurpassed patient service and ensures staff follow service steps.
• Conducts eye exams and provides accurate diagnoses with appropriate recommendations.
• Establishes positive doctor-patient relationships and communicates effectively with staff.
• Trains team members in orientation, front desk procedures, pre-testing and exam quality.
• Delivers timely feedback and supports performance improvement.
• Leads by example, motivating staff and driving key performance indicators.
