Luxottica, through LensCrafters in Boca Raton, seeks an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and partner with store leadership. You will perform eye examinations, diagnose conditions, and provide patient-focused recommendations while delivering the brand promise and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Familiarity with current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical ethics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care following established protocols.
• Lead patient care in collaboration with MOD, SMM and store team.
• Manage KPIs and strive to exceed performance targets.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
