For Eyes is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and uphold our brand promise within a busy Plymouth Meeting location. You will collaborate with store leadership to deliver top-notch eye care, drive patient satisfaction, and contribute to store growth with strong teamwork.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry, active state licensure, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple KPIs while maintaining compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential required and current state licensure.

• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills; problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Partner with Store Manager and regional leaders to grow practice results.
• Maintain patient focus, provide excellent service and education.
• Manage KPI performance and drive brand leadership in the community.
• Ensure accurate documentation, scheduling and office systems are maintained.
