The position focuses on coaching, training and collaboration to reach key metrics. It offers a casual part-time schedule with $500 per day plus bonus as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Proven track record delivering results through people.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of operations, processes and business implications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highest quality Optometric care by performing and managing key steps.
