• Establish LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community

• Support medical practice, referral care and pre/post-op related tasks
• Maintain doctor-patient relationships and standards of care
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements
• Provide training and guidance to team members
• Give timely feedback to associates and foster a positive culture
