Job summary

Wabtec is launching the LEAD Operations rotational development program in the United States, a two-year pathway with four six-month assignments across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS. You will gain broad exposure, hands-on experience and coaching as you rotate through key functions.

Participants receive leadership and technical training, relocation support, and opportunities for placement with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a technical field related to supply chain, engineering or manufacturing.
• Graduating by December 2026/January 2027 or May/June 2027.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the United States.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 6-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and EHS.
• Develop leadership and technical skills through structured training and on-the-job assignments.
• Contribute to program operations and collaborate with senior leaders.
