Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Ops on the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM) in Byhalia, Mississippi. You will direct and coach a team responsible for order picking, replenishment, and processing orders, while maintaining safety and production standards.

You’ll train staff, monitor performance, and ensure policies are followed, with duties including creating BOLs, running reports, and organizing the work area. Prior lead experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Your Role on Our Team :

The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Corrects errors and able to escalation to the proper individual
• Creates BOLs and bills orders
• Perform computer related tasks and runs reports
• Ensures that processes and polices are being followed

• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school
• 2-3 Years General Labor Experience

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

• 2 years Lead experience preferred
• Strong communications skills both oral and written
