Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Equipment Operator for the first shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM) to move product throughout the warehouse and support the day-to-day operations.

You’ll operate reach trucks and order pickers, stack pallets, ensure correct paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting production demands. A high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on experience with reach trucks, order pickers, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks are required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years of high school.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit Down Forklift, and Electric Pallet Jack.

Responsibilities

• Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product.
• Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped.
• Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination.
• Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location.
• Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork.
• Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment.
• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area.

Your Role on Our Team:

The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product
• Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped
• Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination
• Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location
• Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork
• Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school
• Experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit Down Forklift, and an Electric Pallet Jack
