Your Role on Our Team
The lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.
Disruptive Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
- Schedule pick‑up
- Train and coach employees
- Monitor performance and production goals
- Correct errors and escalate to the proper individual when necessary
- Create BOLs and bills of lading for orders
- Perform computer‑related tasks and run reports
- Ensure that processes and policies are followed
- Identify and correct production issues
- Be responsible for overall organization and cleaning of the area
The Tools You’ll Bring With You
- Education equivalent to four years of high school
- 2‑3 years of general labor experience
Other Tools We Prefer You To Have
- 2 years of lead experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Physical Demands
- Driving motorized equipment for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes
- Able to work in various temperature conditions
- Operation of motorized forklift
