Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team's activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Assist the physician in complex procedures and advanced diagnostic testing.
• Review patient charts for completeness and accuracy of information.
• Take ocular and systemic history and record visual acuity.
• Perform testing (OCT, automated visual fields, photography, pachymetry, biometry).
• Serve as the primary liaison and scribe with EMR documentation.
• Oversee patient flow and maintain exam room cleanliness and order.
