Position:

We are looking for Foremen and Lead Operators who will:

1. Manage a 2–4-person crew
2. Read blueprints
3. Dig footings, backfill, grade, excavate, and topsoil
4. Focus on production and safety
5. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency daily

Experience:

• At least 2 years of equipment operation experience
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• CDL helpful but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
