Job summary

Pregis is seeking an Operator III to lead converting and finishing operations within the Mailer Production department. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will set up and troubleshoot equipment, monitor KPIs, mentor teammates, and ensure daily production targets are met in a rotating day/night schedule. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing, converting, printing, finishing, or related production experience.
• Experience operating flexographic printing, converting, finishing, or similar equipment.
• Previous leadership or lead operator experience preferred.
• Mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production crews to safety, quality, and production goals.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot converting and finishing equipment.
• Read job tickets to verify materials and specifications.
• Maintain print quality and die-cut registration standards.
• Document production data and downtime accurately.
• Mentor operators and promote continuous improvement.
