Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a capable Process Technician to assist with machine setups, changeovers and autonomous maintenance to meet KPI targets. The role includes diagnosing metal handling issues and basic welding, and supporting operators as needed.

Strong mechanical skills, blueprint reading, HMIs and CNC knowledge are expected, with a focus on safety and consistent quality in a 5-shift manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, autonomous maintenance and tuning of the machines.
• Operate machines when required to meet KPI targets.
• Diagnose and repair hard metal handling issues and basic welding.
• Assist technician with setups and changeovers.
• Train new operators and provide support as needed.
