Job summary

Bosch USA in Lincolnton, NC seeks a Process Technician to support Setups, Changeovers and autonomous maintenance to keep production KPIs on target. You will work with CNC programs and offsets, diagnose metal handling issues, perform basic welding tasks, and train newer operators on standard procedures.

You will contribute to a high‑precision manufacturing environment, focusing on quality, safety, and continuous improvement within a 5-shift operation.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Blueprint reading and precision measuring.
• Lockout & Tagout procedures.
• Ability to read HMIs and work with CNC programs and offsets.
• Ability to apply theory to varied tasks with defined practices.
• Experience to resolve complex issues and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, autonomous maintenance and tuning.
• Operate machines to meet KPI’s.
• Diagnose and repair hard metal handling issues, basic welding issues.
• Assist Technician with Set Ups and Changeovers.
• Train new operators, assist operators as needed.
• Change Electrodes.
• Change Grinding wheels.
