Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a capable Process Technician to assist with machine setups, changeovers and autonomous maintenance to meet KPI targets. The role includes diagnosing metal handling issues and basic welding, and supporting operators as needed.

Strong mechanical skills, blueprint reading, HMIs and CNC knowledge are expected, with a focus on safety and consistent quality in a 5-shift manufacturing environment.

Job Description

Assist Process Technician with Setups, Changeovers, defined Autonomous Maintenance and tuning of the machines. When required operate machines to ensure our KPI’s are met.

Diagnose and repair of Hard metal handling issues, basic welding issues

Assist Technician with Set Ups and Changeovers

Train new operators, assist operators as needed
