Job summary

You’ll mentor Kettle Operators, start up and shut down kettles safely, monitor fryer oil, and coordinate with prep and packing to keep production flowing, with emphasis on safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or supervising a team is a major plus.
• Comfort in hot, fast-paced, hands-on environments is required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, safety practices and food handling preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and team-first mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the chip-frying process to ensure each batch is consistent and high quality.
• Mentor and support the Kettle Operators; build a capable, dependable team.
• Safely start up and shut down kettles, monitor fryer oil levels.
• Coordinate with prep and packing to maintain smooth production flow.
• Maintain logs/records and uphold safety, GMPs and food safety standards.
