Job summary

Dieffenbach's Snacks is seeking a Lead Operator to head the chip production line and guide a team through fast-paced, hands-on work. You will oversee the entire frying process, mentor Kettle Operators, and ensure safe start-up and shut-down of kettles while maintaining strict quality standards.

You will monitor fryer oil, manage slicer head changes, and collaborate with prep and packing to keep production flowing, all while upholding GMPs and a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or supervising a team.
• Knowledge of GMPs, safety practices, and food handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all shift.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience in food production, frying, or supervising a team? Major plus!
• Comfort working in a hot, fast-paced, and hands-on environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, safety practices, and food handling (or a willingness to learn).
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for your entire shift.
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset.
