RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure EHS & Q compliance while operating complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for carrying out new product trials and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies. Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area, involves using existing systems and protocols. Oversee a small (< 5) team of direct & indirect hire operations personnel performing routine work. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance routines. Contribute data and information to production plans. Run reports, check accuracy, and distribute information. Help to install complex systems, implement procedures, and conduct inspections of equipment with guidance.

REQUIREMENTS

B.S. in STEM field is preferred but High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience or more in a manufacturing is acceptable. Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems 1-2 years’ experience of coordinating the work of others Independently plans, organizes, prioritizes, and oversees activities to efficiently meet business objectives while providing technical guidance as needed. Communicates clearly and effectively to express ideas, request actions, develop plans, and create or review concise, effective reports. Develops and executes appropriate plans and actions based on business recommendations, requirements, and organizational needs. Manages safe work systems and develops, monitors, and interprets policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
