• Five years’ working experience in a similar work environment.
• Desire to take classes for additional skills.
• Ability to multitask when operating multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the functionality of the Surface Grinding, Wire EDM, CEDM & Machining departments.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
