Job summary

Gables Search Group is seeking an Operation Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a plastic injection molding facility, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while guiding strategic and hands-on leadership across production, maintenance, quality and materials to support customers and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 7+ years of progressive leadership in plastic injection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in plastic injection molding environment.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling materials (resins), and automation.
• Proven leadership of high-volume, multi-shift operations.
