CAMS in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Lead O&M Technician for the 173 MW gas-fired combined-cycle plant. You will provide operational leadership, monitor systems, and guide startup/shutdown activities to ensure safe, compliant plant performance.

Brief Description The Lead Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the combined cycle power plant. This role provides operational leadership during assigned shifts, monitors and controls plant systems, directs plant activities, responds to abnormal operating conditions, and supports maintenance efforts to ensure plant performance, regulatory compliance, and personnel safety. The Lead O&M Technician serves as a resource to plant personnel and helps develop operational excellence through training, communication, and adherence to established procedures.
Camden Plant Holdings (Camden) is a 173 MW gas fired combined cycle facility utilizing a GE 7001EA Gas Turbines and a GE Steam Turbine with water cooled condensers. The facility is interconnected to PSEG and sells power into the PJM market.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, as this position requires occasional travel for company business. Candidates should be comfortable operating a vehicle as part of their job responsibilities and must meet any applicable company and insurance requirements.
