Job summary

This in-person, full-time role collaborates with Supply Chain, Branch Operations and Procurement to ensure rental equipment is available to meet event requirements.

The position supports the Event & Exhibit Services team and requires working on-site at the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems for demand planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and related office tools.
• Ability to complete online reports and print/post documentation.

Responsibilities

• Forecast rental equipment demand and manage inventory transfers.
• Collaborate with Operations staff to drive event efficiency and handle shortages.
• Supervise loading/unloading, transport and show-site logistics.
