Responsibilities

• Lead custodial staff in assigned facilities.
• Coordinate staff schedules.
• Maintain inventories and supplies.
• Conduct basic building safety inspections.

• Ensure the facility is heated, ventilated and maintained.
• Assist in annual performance evaluations of staff.
• Carry out cleaning tasks to maintain the facility.
• Attend work regularly and maintain confidentiality.
