Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to oversee the receipt, storage and shipment of materials across U.S. operations. You will ensure efficient processes, accurate audits, and optimal use of warehouse space and equipment.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent experience with several years in warehouse functions, and readiness to pass a background check and drug test. Base pay reflects market norms for U.S. warehouse roles.

Position Summary

Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years' functional experience. OR HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience.

Salary

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.

Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.

Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year.

Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.

New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
