Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is hiring an Associate II, Logistics for the Pick Module in Eastvale, California. The role supports warehouse operations, order processing, and inventory replenishment and requires use of handheld devices and potential manual material handling equipment.

You will perform repack picking, stocking, shipping preparation, and inventory support, with overtime as needed. The position emphasizes accuracy, reliability, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Ingram Micro is seeking an Associate II, Logistics for the Pick Module department to join our high-performing team in our distribution center in Eastvale, CA. Monday through Friday with required overtime based on business needs.

Position Summary

Level II associates support warehouse operations by performing basic functions that enable order processing and product replenishment. Responsibilities include tasks such as repack picking, stocking/replenishment, shipping preparation (small parcel and LTL), and inventory support functions. All activities are performed in accordance with documented processes and procedures to ensure the accurate receipt, handling, and shipment of product. This role requires the use of handheld devices or computer systems and may involve manual material handling equipment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $36,600.00 - $54,900.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
