Job summary

Without A Hitch, LLC. is seeking an Events Associate for a part-time, contract role in New England. You will lead an estimated 5–10 events per year, spending about 25 hours on each event, including the day of the event.

Work primarily on weekends April–November with some remote consultations. Salary is per-event and commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate is passionate, organized, and customer-service oriented, capable of representing Without A Hitch onsite and building lasting client

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage wedding and event types (weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays, fundraisers).
• Create and maintain event timelines.
• Serve as the onsite coordinator and producer on event day.
• Provide top-notch customer service and hospitality.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage client relationships and represent Without A Hitch onsite.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
