Job summary

Without A Hitch, LLC. in New England seeks an Events Associate to plan and produce multiple celebrations, including weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays, and fundraisers, with a focus on flawless timelines and hospitality.

You will work with staff and vendors to ensure seamless coordination, manage client expectations, and represent the company onsite on weekends as needed. Prior event planning and production experience is required; this is a minimum one-year, contract, part-time

• Previous experience in event planning and production is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan one-of-a-kind events, including weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays, and fundraisers
• Create and maintain event timelines
• Serve as the coordinator and producer on the day of the event, in accordance with Without A Hitch’s business model
• Provide the highest level customer service and hospitality
• Work as a cohesive team with all Without A Hitch staff members and vendors to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
• Manage client relationships and their needs
• Represent Without A Hitch onsite
• Other duties, as assigned
