Job summary

LiveCo is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site project delivery in Benton, AR. You will oversee daily field operations, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and collaborate with the project team to solve problems and keep work moving.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of field leadership in commercial construction, experience managing multiple trades, and proficiency with Procore. OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple trades on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field execution.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
• Plan upcoming work, material deliveries, and trade sequencing
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity throughout construction
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and coordinate field activities
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact project progress
• Communicate project updates with Project Managers and company leadership
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect
