Job summary

LiveCo in Benton, AR is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to our quality standards.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, plan deliveries, monitor safety and productivity, and maintain organized, professional jobsites while building strong relationships with trade partners. This role rewards ownership, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple trades on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and keep projects moving forward.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
