Job summary

Empirical Corporation is seeking an experienced OneStream Architect to lead the design, development and deployment of OneStream solutions for financial management reporting, data quality, and automation. You will drive architecture decisions, oversee cube design and data integration, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience and capability in OneStream solution development or architecture: data analysis, cube design, dimension modeling, business rules, workflows, and platform configuration.
• OneStream Architects – 3+ years of OneStream Experience, preferably in the federal environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in lay terms.
• Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders, understand complex business requirements, and convert those into design documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct and supervise the end-to-end architecture of OneStream solutions inclusive of the cube design, dimension strategy, business rule framework, and data integration.
• Analyze, define, and ensure platform standards, design patterns, and overall governance and delivery strategy across the entire delivery team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and financial management subject matter experts to evaluate and validate technical designs produced by developers ensuring that they meet the contract delivery requirements and client expectations.
• Assess and review the application of OneStream for existing and new environments to enhance the platform through the identification of gaps, risks, and optimization of opportunities.
