Job summary

Memorial Health System seeks a Supervisor, Oncology and Infusion Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy services at Belpre Oncology and Infusion Pharmacy. This leadership role directs operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates clinical services across the health system to support safe, effective patient care.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Ohio licensure, and at least three years in oncology/hospital pharmacy, with BCOP/PGY2 preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate of a College or School of Pharmacy with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Current licensure in good standing from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum of three years of oncology, infusion, or hospital pharmacy practice.
Board Certification as an Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) and/or PGY2 oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, timely dispensing and clinical services.
Provides regulatory oversight for oncology and infusion pharmacy services across the health system.
Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and workflows with pharmacy leadership.
Coordinates pharmacy services during emergencies and staffing disruptions.
Serves as Pharmacist in Charge for Belpre Oncology and Infusion Pharmacy and related departments.
Reviews medication errors and leads quality improvement initiatives.
