Job summary

Memorial Health System in Belpre, OH seeks a Supervisor, Oncology and Infusion Pharmacist to lead the Belpre Oncology and Infusion Pharmacy and to provide resource support for oncology/infusion operations across the health system.

This role oversees clinical services, regulatory compliance, inventory, and staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant patient care while serving as primary coverage for Oncology Pharmacist during absences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school with pharmacy degree.
• Current Ohio pharmacist license in good standing.
• At least three years in oncology/infusion/hospital pharmacy, or PGY1 completed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for Belpre Oncology and Infusion Pharmacy and connected hospital departments.
• Direct daily operations to ensure safe, timely medication dispensing and clinical services.
• Provide regulatory oversight across the health system for oncology/infusion services.
• Develop and maintain policies, workflows, and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate services during emergencies and staffing disruptions.
• Cover Oncology Pharmacist duties during absences and vacancies.
• Monitor turnaround times, workflow efficiency, and performance metrics.
• Supervise medication order processing, DUE and clinical screening.
• Assist with sterile compounding, hazardous drugs and chemotherapy prep.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and pharmacokinetic dosing, renal adjustments, antimicrobial stewardship.
