Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital in the Pharmacy Department seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Program Lead to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes using safe, appropriate cost-effective medication therapies. Qualifications

• Education: PharmD degree or BS Pharm with post-2006 experience.
• Clinical Skills: Patient counseling, scientific writing, patient profile review, pharmacokinetic evaluation, superior time and project management, preceptorship, antimicrobial basic skills, evidence-based literature review
• Operational Skills: narrow service area expertise for drug information needed for preparation, administration and delivery of medications, pharmacokinetic evaluation necessary for narrow service area, superior time and project management, evidence-based literature review.
• Years of Experience: 5 years full-time inpatient pharmacy practice or PGY1 pharmacy residency plus two years
• License: Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio.
• Certification: BLS, ACLS and/or PALS, Board Certification required
